A small, cousy restaurant, brought out from a colony house. Refurbished in the total respect of the local architecture. Chef Sonia Visman offers to hers guests a cusine full of flavours, colours and smells which rappresent Tuscany traditions.

- Tartare of cinto piglet (free and biological range) flavoured with wild fenel on the top of spelt biscuit , quail egg and truffle
- Pecorino cheese flan on the bed of dry pears , honey and thyme leafs
- Hand made ravioli filled with blue cheese of Chianti , flavoured with thyme leaf in celery soup
- Pici (hand made spaghetti) with wild boar sauce and chestnut flavoured with rosemary
- Sliced pigeon with white wine and "acciugata" sauce (anchovy garlic and capers) with grilled vegetables
- Tuscan Lamb: The morsels with saffron (from Florentine Hill) sauce on the bed of spinach, with millefeuilles of seasonal vegetables and sliced bread
- Our summer Tiramisù, Chocolate mousse, mascarpone ice souffle, rassberry sauce
- Hot pine nut torte served on a bed of cooked apples perfumed with natural vanilla (the torte is made from pine nut flour and has a creamy centre)
