The Fusion Bar & Restaurant is located in the GALLERY Hotel Art in Florence. The GALLERY is more than a hotel, it is a project:during the year there are contemporary, modern art or photographic exhibitions in the lobby and library of the hotel, that reflect their innovation also on the Fusion. The Fusion Bar & Restaurant is also the place dedicated to the culinary experience of the Fusion culture and harmonious hospitality.

Specialities: Constantly changing menus: chianina sushi, fois gras sushi, miso soup with gorgonzola and cannellini beans. Among the desserts, you won’t want to miss the matcha Tiramisù with a white chocolate sauce and, the latest, mango ice cream with crumbled coconut and almonds and a vinegar caramel
